Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and negotiation skills, passion for continuous improvement and automation, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a high-visibility role.
Proven experience working with vendor management, procurement processes, contract negotiations, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
BA/BS required or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic vendor negotiations and sourcing initiatives that deliver significant cost savings and measurable business value
Partner across all business units to ensure smart, compliant, and value-driven purchasing decisions that support company growth
Own and evolve our vendor contract ecosystem, delivering insights and visibility that empower executive decision-making
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging AI and automation to streamline procurement and vendor management processes
Act as a key connector across teams to proactively manage vendor risk, strengthen compliance, and ensure operational excellence
Build strong internal partnerships to elevate vendor performance, accountability, and long-term strategic value
