We are seeking a Procurement Support Analyst for a full-time, 100% remote work environment position supporting the National Park Service in Denver, CO. The selected candidate will provide significant support to Government-led procurement teams in a construction contracting environment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, rules, policies, procedures, and methods performing federal government construction contracting.
  • Five (5) years of construction contracting.
  • Three (3) years of architecture / engineering contracting .
  • Experience conducting both pre-award and post-award actions.
  • Cradle-to-grave experience in Federal construction contracting.
  • Experience using the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS) to record contract actions.
  • Experience using the System for Award Management (SAM) to verify a potential vendor’s business size and related information.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.
  • 10 years of experience in construction contracting.
  • Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) Professional.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or 24 semester hours of Business in any combination of the following disciplines: accounting, business, etc.
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Support contracting teams in identifying and preparing contracts for close out.
  • Run reports in FBMS and other systems to identify contract workloads, small business goals, obligation rates, etc.
  • Organize Virtual Industry fairs with industry focusing on small business outreach.
  • Support the Team Lead in creating and updating templates to support policies such as market research, acquisition plans, technical reports and source selection.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites to house documents, templates and training material.
  • Support the Team Lead in developing SOPs for Chief of Contracting’s review and approval.
  • Organize and track training for contract staff and CORs.
