What You'll Do: Enter and track customer orders and purchase orders Support the procurement and buying teams on various tasks Maintain data accuracy and integrity in multiple systems Assist in building new items and supporting promotional efforts Help analyze pricing, performance, and category development Communicate with internal teams and customers to support success What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent 2–3 years of industry or office experience Strong Excel skills (formulas, basic analysis) Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy Strong time management and organizational skills A team mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Why Join Certco? Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2–3 years of industry or office experience
Strong Excel skills (formulas, basic analysis)
Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
Strong time management and organizational skills
A team mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task between analytical work and short lead time projects based on current needs
Strong analytical skills and solid comfort level with data
Results driven, strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excel proficiency with knowledge of formulas required
High degree of initiatives with strong planning skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment
Intermediate Excel skills

Responsibilities

Support Customer Events from start to completion
Entering Customer Orders
Purchase Order tracking in support of the buying team (sending PO’s, confirming PO’s, tracking late PO’s)
Load promotional contracts, cost changes, and analyze their impact with respective CMs
Build new items based on category recommendations from CM
Provide support to the category managers in selecting, pricing, and positioning of category products
Analyze, interpret, and provide insight to support the category development projects and initiatives utilizing various data sources/tools
Assist with Data Integrity in current and future systems
Communicate information to relevant teams within the organization and to customers
Be regular in attendance and comply with the Company Attendance Policy
Other related duties as assigned by Management
