About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Analyst to join our SAP Deployment Success team in Everett, WA or Auburn, WA. Job request is in support of data management, master data, reporting and supplier collaboration tools. Data Management is focused on converting and cleansing data by migrating into SAP. Then assess the data issues and work with cross functional teams to ensure data issues are resolved. Master Data is responsible for SAP Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer BCA business requirements and future state processes. Reporting is focused on Data Discovery, KPI Dashboard, and Self-Service reporting needs of the business. Supplier collaboration tool support focuses on trouble shooting integration issues with internal Boeing and supplier vendors. We are looking for dynamic, curious, and innovative individuals with strong supply chain domain knowledge, proven ability to design and deliver cross‑functional integrations. You will work within an Agile/Activate methodology to drive design, testing, deployment, and go‑live readiness. Our team is currently hiring for a Mid-Level (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Procurement Analyst.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in supplier management supply chain, procurement processes and practices
  • 5+ years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) (ERPLN)
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in supplier management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • Level 4: 10+ years of experience in supplier management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager
  • 3 + years of experience with SAP or SAP Master Data Governance systems
  • 3+ years of experience with BCA ERPLN and other manufacturing systems.
  • 3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
  • 3+ years of experience working with the digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
  • 3+ Years’ experience with project management / leading teams
  • Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
  • 1+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team

Responsibilities

  • Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects.
  • Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
  • Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan.
  • Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals.
  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies.
  • Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows.
  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
  • Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Develops risk mitigation plan.
  • Drive workshops, fit‑gap sessions, and process validation with business subject matter experts to align standard SAP capabilities with Boeing requirements.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Design end‑to-end business processes that integrate supply chain systems.
  • Create test plans, support SIT, UAT, troubleshoot defects, and ensure business sign‑off on functional deliverables.
  • Contribute to cutover planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post go‑live stabilization activities.
  • Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
