Executes duties and tasks to be in compliance with policies and procedures to include sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order issuance. Ensures timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensures compliance with procurement policies and regulations, associated with third party risk management and legal reviews. Negotiates contracts as directed with suppliers. Identifies, and captures as directed, cost-saving opportunities. Complies, monitors, and makes suggestions to improve processes and procedures. Supports establishment of category strategies and enforcement. Supports projects, as directed.
