Interns are carefully selected for one of the following Functional Areas: Direct Material Procurement (Cabin, Chassis, Powertrain, or Aftersales), General Purchasing Services / Goods, Purchasing Program Management, Supply Chain Risk Management, Procurement Processes & Systems.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Vendor Consolidation Strategy and Tail Spend Analysis
- Establish process for Supplier Capacity/Lead time documentation
- Assist with data mining information to formulate Category Strategies– i.e.: Liaison with the Engineering teams to get technical details for the strategy
- Assisting in CSA negotiation and execution
- Optimization of Aftermarket processes and part number rationalization
- Creation and maintenance of Procurement dashboards and systems
- Use Ai to drive digital optimization within the organization
