About The Position

The Entry-Level Procurement Specialist will assist the Buying Team with order execution, ensuring data integrity, maintaining material readiness, and providing team dashboard reporting. The role also involves resolving receipt and shipment issues and participating in various projects as required. You will be instrumental in new product launches and coordination, maintaining on-time supply, managing vendor relations, and assisting with special projects.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Excel and ERP Systems (Oracle EBS preferred).
Experience in supply chain management, purchasing, and procurement.
1+ years of experience in a high-volume, global procurement and operations manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP and Agile/Engineering PLM System.
Understanding of data management and databases.
Experience managing procurement needs for new product introduction programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities
