Requirements

  • GED or High School Diploma.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior SAP experience.
  • Prior Ariba experience.
  • Construction, electrical, instrumentation, or architectural knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Handle material orders and tracking, invoice reconciliation, and monitoring payment completion.
  • Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers and vendors regarding the processing status of purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, vendor invoicing, and payment for the Boise facilities team.
  • Research and troubleshoot purchasing processing problems.
  • Responsible for performing, monitoring, and reporting purchase order activities.
  • Place Ariba orders.
  • Follow up on data discrepancies and perform appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Validate delivery quantities and enter Goods Receipts.
  • Create shipdocs.
  • Participate in or lead subtasks of ad hoc projects for cross-functional teams.
