We’re seeking a detail driven Procurement Software Administrator to own and optimize our procurement technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into system improvements and ensuring procurement tools run smoothly, securely, and at scale. This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office at least three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–6+ years of experience administering procurement or financial systems.
  • Hands on experience with one or more: GEP, Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Concur, Workday Financials.
  • Strong understanding of procure to pay processes and controls.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and translate requirements into system solutions.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support procurement and expense platforms (GEP, Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Concur, Workday Financials).
  • Partner with Procurement, Finance, and IT to configure workflows, controls, and integrations.
  • Manage user access, data quality, testing, and release coordination.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end user support and training.
  • Drive continuous improvement of procurement and spend management processes.
