As a Procurement Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management activities that enable business operations. Working alongside Procurement and Supply Chain professionals, you will assist with purchasing processes, supplier coordination, data analysis, and contract-related activities while developing a strong foundation in procurement and strategic sourcing.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Interest in procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or business operations.

Nice To Haves

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience through coursework, projects, internships, or extracurricular activities involving procurement, supply chain, data analysis, or business operations.
  • Familiarity with purchasing processes, supplier management, or contract administration is a plus.
  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, or enterprise systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement activities related to purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
  • Assist with supplier communication, sourcing projects, and purchasing processes.
  • Help analyze purchasing data, supplier performance, and cost trends.
  • Support contract administration, documentation, and procurement records management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help meet business and operational requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
