About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Multi-Family Manager to join their team in Hazelwood, MO. This role requires a proactive, experienced First-Line Manager to lead Procurement activities in a highly regulated and fast-paced environment. You will manage a Team of Procurement Agents, driving timely and compliant responses to supplier and program stakeholders. The position acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier-related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements. It involves managing employees from multiple Supplier Management and Procurement disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services in support of company operations, supplier assessment and performance improvement, and management and improvement of supply chain management and processes.

Requirements

Completion of an assessment as part of the selection process
Minimum of one year of leadership experience (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
3+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
