About The Position

Newfold Digital is a leading web technology company serving millions of customers globally. The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and procurement operations to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and operational effectiveness across the organization. This role manages procurement staff located in both the United States, APAC, and LATAM and oversees the full procurement lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, contract lifecycle management systems, and procurement reporting. The Procurement Manager partners closely with Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value through vendor management, data-driven decision making, and optimized procurement processes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of procurement, sourcing, or vendor management experience.
  • 3+ years managing teams, preferably across multiple geographic regions.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating complex vendor contracts.
  • Experience using contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and procurement tools.
  • Experience creating dashboards, procurement reports, and spend analytics.
  • Experience using AI to build, analyze, and predict.
  • Demonstrated experience working with IT suppliers and software publishers, including negotiating software licensing, SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, renewals, and enterprise technology agreements.
  • Strong vendor negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of cloud pricing models (FinOps).
  • Software licensing expertise.
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, contract structures, and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience with procurement reporting tools and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage distributed teams across global locations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Process improvement and operational optimization mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Workday Strategic Sourcing module is a plus.
  • Experience working with global procurement teams, including offshore operations such as India.
  • Experience working with suppliers in global regions that provide cost-efficient purchasing opportunities.
  • Experience with major technology vendors (Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement platforms (ServiceNow and Workday is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in Value Chain Management and PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and procurement activities across multiple categories of spend.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, service level agreements, and renewal terms with vendors.
  • Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and service quality.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, and improved procurement efficiency.
  • Maintain the system of records.
  • Leads quarterly business reviews with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Uses data and AI to recommend and drive faster decision-making.
  • Manage procurement staff located in the United States, APAC, and LATAM, ensuring alignment across global teams.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for procurement personnel.
  • Coordinate work distribution and ensure consistent procurement standards and policies across locations.
  • Foster collaboration between procurement teams and business stakeholders.
  • Oversee contract lifecycle management, including contract creation, negotiation, execution, and renewals.
  • Utilize contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems to track vendor agreements, obligations, and renewal timelines.
  • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts meet regulatory, compliance, and financial requirements.
  • Ensure documentation and contract records are maintained accurately.
  • Manage procurement platforms and tools used for sourcing, vendor management, and contract tracking.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives within procurement, including automation, AI adoption, and advanced analytics.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of contract management and procurement systems.
  • Improve procurement workflows through automation and system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports.
  • Track procurement metrics such as cost savings, vendor performance, cycle times, and spend analytics.
  • Provide leadership with data-driven insights to support vendor strategy and budgeting decisions.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Legal, and operational teams to align procurement strategy with business priorities.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor planning activities.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Benefits

  • The target compensation range for this position is $125k - $135k annually.
