The Procurement Manager is responsible for the strategic sourcing and ongoing management of store use supplies and national-level service contracts that keep GPM's store network operational. This role owns the end-to-end procurement lifecycle: scoping requirements, managing RFPs, negotiating national vendor agreements, forecast and demand planning, coordinating vendor dispatch and work order execution across the store footprint, overseeing invoice approval and scope compliance, and driving vendor performance. In addition, the Procurement Manager is responsible for driving cost savings initiatives in procurement spend. The Procurement Manager reports directly to the Director of Procurement within the Facility Department. They are essential in leading the Procurement Associate team.
