About The Position

CloudKitchens helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery by transforming underutilized properties into smart kitchens. This role is critical for scaling efficiently and operating at a high standard across hundreds of facilities. The Procurement Manager will own vendor strategy, cost optimization, and contract governance across key categories including facilities, equipment, utilities, and services. This role requires partnering cross-functionally with Real Estate, Facilities, Operations, and Finance to drive disciplined spend, improve service levels, and unlock measurable savings. It is both strategic and hands-on, demanding strong negotiation skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to build and manage vendor relationships nationally.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with an ownership mindset, driven to learn fast, go deep, and become a true expert in procurement, construction, and supplier strategy.
  • Ability to own cost from concept to completion, coordinating estimates, procuring GCs, architects, and engineers, and managing contracts while maintaining tight control over project cash flow.
  • Strong negotiator who leads sourcing efforts end-to-end, confidently navigating complex, high-stakes vendor, supplier, and contractor negotiations.
  • Operator who can orchestrate pricing, logistics, and sequencing of specialized kitchen construction materials across a national footprint with precision and speed.
  • Cross-functional partner who works closely with KOB teams to procure and deliver kitchen equipment tailored to licensee needs, balancing customization with scalability.
  • Cost leader who drives value engineering, challenges assumptions, and finds creative ways to reduce spend while improving quality and performance.
  • Data-driven thinker who is comfortable working with large datasets, leveraging analytics and market insights to inform decisions and unlock efficiencies at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while building a best-in-class procurement engine.
  • Own supplier strategy end-to-end by identifying, onboarding, and scaling partners.
  • Continuously map the market to build a deep, resilient supplier portfolio.
  • Design and execute disciplined RFQ processes, set clear vendor selection criteria, and negotiate best-in-class pricing and contract terms.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Development, and Operations to support product development, site builds, and successful launches.
  • Take ownership on the ground, leading procurement execution from early prototyping through full-scale ramp.
  • Drive production readiness by managing schedules, capacity, and supply planning to meet demand.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks across launches, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication on progress, performance, and opportunities across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams while supporting local execution.
