The Procurement Planning Team Leader provides leadership and direction to a team of buyers responsible for daily procurement operations across the North American Insulation network. This role ensures the timely availability of raw materials required to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations and the successful execution of production schedules. Working closely with Sourcing, Science and Technology, Transportation, Planning, and plant operation teams, the Procurement Planning Team Leader coordinates material supply activities, proactively addresses supply risks, and drives alignment across the supply chain. The position is responsible for ensuring purchase orders are accurately placed, suppliers meet shipment commitments, and materials are received and is the escalation point when issues arise. Success in this role requires strong leadership, effective cross-functional collaboration, exceptional organizational skills, and a high sense of urgency in managing priorities and resolving supply challenges. Additionally, the Procurement Planning Team Leader supports the Division Supply Chain Leader in achieving broader supply chain goals, operational excellence initiatives, and overall business performance.
