The Procurement Coordinator is responsible for tactically supporting the day-to-day needs of the Procurement Operations Support & Integration team and our restaurant operators. This role includes, but is not limited to, providing Premier customer service across various purchasing categories, issuing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, mining data, maintaining procurement information databases, resolving vendor-related issues, and supporting other department needs. To succeed in this role, this individual will be an organized, detailed, and self-motivated with natural customer service and problem-solving skills. A successful candidate in this role will be one who is comfortable supporting multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and owning their area of responsibility.
