The Procurement Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate product availability, timely replenishment, and smooth communication across locations. This position supports daily operational needs by managing oil orders, monitoring inventory activity, validating bulk oil tank data, and coordinating product requests through email and ticketing systems. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with managers and team members.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic proficiency with email, Excel, and ticketing systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with POS systems or inventory software is a plus.
  • Experience in multi-unit or franchise environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and submit daily orders based on inventory levels, usage trends, and operational needs.
  • Track vendor performance (on-time delivery, fill rates, pricing accuracy)
  • Monitor and track inventory movement within the point-of-sale (POS) system to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Manage incoming product requests or inventory needs by reviewing emails, entering or updating tickets, and tracking progress through completion.
  • Collaborate with managers and operations teams to maintain accurate inventory data and support smooth product distribution.
  • Assist with reporting and documentation related to inventory adjustments, order history, and system updates.
  • Assist in maintaining product standardization across locations.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to ordering workflows and ticketing processes.
