About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and auditing our core supply chain data to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong data entry experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of purchasing processes. You will serve as a gatekeeper of data integrity, directly impacting procurement, inventory control, and logistics.

• Clear verbal and written skills to coordinate across multiple internal departments

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of proven experience in accurate data entry, master data maintenance, or supply chain administration.
• Basic experience or exposure to purchasing, procurement, or vendor management processes is highly preferred.
• Elite precision with the ability to spot minor discrepancies in massive data sheets.
• Prior experience with ERP or inventory software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or NetSuite) is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Input and update master data records, including vendor profiles, product SKUs, pricing, and manufacturing parts lists.
• Assist the procurement team by verifying purchasing data, cross-referencing supplier quotes, and updating purchase order data fields.
• Review system data against physical source documents to catch and correct typographical errors, duplicates, or missing fields.
• Investigate data inconsistencies by collaborating with purchasing agents, warehouse staff, and finance teams.
• Ensure all supply chain systems reflect real-time, accurate data according to company governance policies.
• Extract data from the system to create routine inventory or procurement tracking reports for management.
