The Procurement Change Management & Training Lead is responsible for enabling the successful adoption of new Procurement initiatives by leading change management, training, onboarding, and sustainment activities. This role ensures that Procurement stakeholders understand upcoming changes, are properly trained, and consistently apply new processes, systems, and policies in daily operations. Reporting directly to Procurement leadership, this position serves as the central owner for Procurement change enablement, adoption tracking, and continuous capability development. This role applies to all Procurement initiatives, including systems, tools, process changes, policy updates, and transformation efforts. It supports buyers, category managers, analysts, and Procurement leadership across Direct Materials, Indirect/MRO, Capex, and Services. The role engages stakeholders after project initiation through stabilization and sustainment, operates across multiple concurrent initiatives with varying levels of complexity, and acts as a centralized enablement function rather than supporting a single category or project.
