We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement and Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in managing procurement activities and ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders in alignment with corporate standards. Position Summary The Procurement and Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for overseeing vendor communications, managing purchase orders, and coordinating fulfillment processes across multiple corporate locations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational capabilities and maintain effective partnerships with vendors and internal stakeholders to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or fulfillment within a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in vendor relationship management and negotiation
  • Experience using ERP or order management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, facilitating effective communication to confirm order details, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with corporate stores and internal teams to coordinate procurement and fulfillment activities
  • Accurately update and maintain purchase orders, shipment status, and inventory records within the company’s order management system
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies related to orders or shipments in a timely manner
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring supplier performance and providing recommendations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports to support audit, budgeting, and forecasting processes
