About The Position

The Procurement and Contracting Administrative Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Procurement and Contracting team, helping maintain accurate and complete supplier and client information within Access’s CRM system. This role supports contracting and procurement processes, document collection, reporting, and department initiatives while helping ensure information is organized, current, and aligned with operational needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across supplier accounts in Salesforce.
  • Update client contracting information to ensure data integrity and completeness.
  • Assist with supplier report management and related data updates.
  • Proactively maintain supplier files and information to help prevent compliance gaps.
  • Assist the Director of Contracting with identifying and updating client contracting activities.
  • Support procurement and contracting processes, including document collection and organization.
  • Help maintain accurate contracting records and documentation within Salesforce.
  • Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement workflows.
  • Assist with the implementation and rollout of department initiatives.
  • Complete day-to-day administrative tasks while managing priorities and timelines effectively.
  • Use basic time-blocking and task-tracking techniques to organize workload.
  • Remain adaptable to changing priorities and assist with new assignments as needed.
