RRC is seeking a talented Procurement and Administrative Coordinator to help us build the future of U.S. and Canada energy production from both our Colorado and Canadian office locations. RRC is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that specializes in energy projects, particularly renewable energy, throughout the United States. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in procurement, preferably within the renewable energy sector.
  • Understanding of supply chain, logistics, or procurement processes
  • Ability to manage sensitive or confidential information required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IT and networking equipment procurement is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract terms, purchase agreements, or vendor negotiations is a plus
  • Experience with document management systems or shared platform is a plus
  • Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update supplier records and databases.
  • Track and report on procurement status, including order progress, delivery timelines, and potential delays
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to meet demand.
  • Support the procurement manager in identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams to forecast procurement needs
  • Assist with vendor onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to improvement initiatives within procurement and administrative processes
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for team members.
  • Maintain office supplies and manage the office environment.
