Procurement Analyst
About The Position
This role involves developing efficient procurement solutions and supporting senior management in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies. The analyst will be responsible for facilitating the creation of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders within Coupa, maintaining vendor relations by resolving order-related problems, and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders. A key aspect of the role is leading procurement administration efforts, with a strong focus on Coupa, and partnering with Legal and Security teams during new vendor onboarding to ensure business requirements are met.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Deep understanding of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, particularly Coupa.
