About The Position

To thrive as a Procurement Analyst, you bring a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into strategic sourcing decisions that directly impact manufacturing performance and cost efficiency. You’ll play a key role in supporting raw material and packaging procurement for architectural coatings, helping the business stay competitive, compliant, and cost‑effective in a fast‑moving market! In this role, you will partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to analyze spend, evaluate supplier performance, support sourcing initiatives, and assess petrochemical and raw material cost drivers. You’ll contribute to category strategies, lead smaller sourcing projects, ensure procurement governance, and continuously improve systems and processes—all while operating safely, ethically, and in full compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of experience in procurement analysis, sourcing, supply chain analytics, or manufacturing finance (chemical or coatings industry experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of raw material procurement, including cost drivers, index‑linked pricing, and supplier economics.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and procurement analytics or reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally while managing multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive commercial and supplier pricing data.

  • Preferred education in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
