About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join their SAP Deployment Success team. This role will focus on Master Data, specifically the SAP Material Master and Vendor Master, to support BCA business requirements and future state processes. The analyst will work within an Agile/Activate methodology, contributing to design, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness. The ideal candidate will possess strong supply chain domain knowledge and a proven ability to design and deliver cross-functional integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working in supplier management supply chain, procurement processes and practices
  • 5+ years’ experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) (ERPLN)
  • 5+ years' experience in supplier management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

  • Level 4: 8+ years’ experience working in supply chain supplier management, procurement processes and practices
  • Level 4: 8+ years' experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) (ERPLN)
  • Level 4: 8+ years' experience in supplier management, in procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst, Supply Chain Item Manager or Supply Base Manager
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
  • 3+ years of experience performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
  • 3+ years experience working with the digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
  • Project management and team-lead experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies.
  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
  • Drive workshops, fit-gap sessions, and process validation with business subject matter experts to align standard SAP capabilities with Boeing requirements.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Design end-to-end business processes that integrate supply chain systems.
  • Create test plans, support SIT, UAT, troubleshoot defects, and ensure business sign-off on functional deliverables.
  • Contribute to cutover planning, go-live readiness, training materials, and post go-live stabilization activities.
