About The Position
HEPCO is seeking a Procurement Analyst to support purchasing activities, including requisition review, purchase order processing, and supplier coordination. This role works closely with Finance, Operations, suppliers, and other internal teams to meet purchasing needs and follow company policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience purchasing IT products and professional services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear communication skills and experience working with suppliers and internal teams.
- Basic analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Coupa, Ivalua, or Costpoint is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Create, process, and manage purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, terms, payment details, and service issues.
- Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with suppliers and Accounts Payable.
- Maintain supplier records, contracts, and purchasing data.
- Analyze spending to identify trends and potential cost savings.
- Support supplier onboarding, monitor performance, and help improve procurement processes.
