About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA ) is looking for an Experienced or Senior Procurement Analyst to join our SAP Deployment Success team in Everett, WA or Auburn, WA. The Procurement Analyst will support Master Data: responsible for the SAP Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer BCA business requirements and future state processes. You will work within an Agile/Activate methodology to drive design, testing, deployment, and go‑live readiness. We are looking for dynamic, curious, and innovative individuals with strong supply chain domain knowledge, proven ability to design and deliver cross‑functional integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience: Working in supplier management supply chain, procurement processes and practices
  • Working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) (ERPLN)
  • Experience in supplier management/Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst/Item Manager, or Supply Base Manager

Nice To Haves

  • 8+ years’ experience: Working in supply chain supplier management, procurement processes and practices
  • Working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) (ERPLN)
  • Experience in supplier management, in procurement as a Purchasing Agent or Buyer, Supplier Program Manager, Supply Chain Management Analyst, Supply Chain Item Manager or Supply Base Manager
  • 3+ years of experience in: Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills
  • In performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
  • Working with the digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)
  • Project management/leading teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and implementation of strategies.
  • Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
  • Drive workshops, fit‑gap sessions, and process validation with business subject matter experts to align standard SAP capabilities with Boeing requirements.
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing stakeholders.
  • Design end‑to-end business processes that integrate supply chain systems.
  • Create test plans, support SIT, UAT, troubleshoot defects, and ensure business sign‑off on functional deliverables.
  • Contribute to cutover planning, go‑live readiness, training materials, and post go‑live stabilization activities.
