About The Position

The Procurement Analyst is a key contributor to the Procurement organization, supporting enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives through information gathering, data review and analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This role partners closely with procurement leadership, systems, operations, finance, and business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights that drive compliance, efficiency, and value creation. This position is well‑suited for an analytically minded professional who enjoys working across functions, driving process improvement and efficiencies, and enabling data‑driven decision making during periods of change.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience in Sourcing / Procurement / Supply-Chain, Account Management, or other roles demonstrating relationship building and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, reasoning skills, and strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Inquisitive in nature.
  • Ability to apply change management and consulting skills/knowledge and expertise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbally.
  • Strategic thinker, high degree of business acumen and interpersonal skills.
  • Skilled in building relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated and goal driven.

  • Advanced degree or certification (e.g., PMP, CIPS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement transformation projects by gathering requirements, documenting current‑state processes, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to evaluate procurement workflows, controls, and system usage, recommending data‑driven improvements.
  • Strengthen compliance by creating, implementing, and improving procurement policies, processes, and systems while minimizing friction for the business.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (Finance, Accounts Payable, Audit, Legal, IT, and Business Teams) to align on procurement processes and data needs.
  • Serve a point of contact for questions related to procurement data, reporting, and process adherence.
  • Drive change management by guiding stakeholders understand new processes, insights, and system capabilities.
  • Initiate and lead special projects such as vendor analysis, reporting initiatives, audits, and ad‑hoc leadership requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and reference guides related to procurement processes and systems.
  • Perform research and analysis to support ongoing operational and strategic procurement initiatives as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
