About The Position

Procurement Analyst Manager is responsible for leading procurement analytics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that support strategic sourcing and supplier management decisions. This role oversees the collection, analysis, and interpretation of purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities, enhance supplier performance, and improve overall procurement effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with leadership experience and a deep understanding of procurement practices, contract management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational efficiency and business value. Our team is currently hiring for (Level L) Procurement Analyst Manager.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Supplier Management, Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • 3+ years of experience in communicating to employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
  • 3+ years of experience interacting with suppliers, conducting supply chain management, operational performance reviews, and suppliers
  • 3+ years of experience of data analytics
  • Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time
  • To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Manages Procurement Analyst employees performing activities related to supplier performance analysis and improvement, training and supply-base management and optimization.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.
