About the Role Supports the stocking and or drop ship procurement processes and relationships with all stakeholders to effectively support sales and Product Marketing revenue and profit objectives. Manages and protects the inventory assets of the company to minimize inventory related financial exposure such as low turn products, aging issues, excess stocking levels, days of stock, etc. Aligns with PM to execute on plans and methods to achieve high customer (internal and external) and vendor satisfaction relative to inventory and asset management What You'll Do Analyze, evaluate, and collaborate with PM on buy opportunities offered by vendors and those beyond regular run rate buys to optimize financial benefit Effectively manage inventory to achieve overall department objectives for on-hand inventory, days of supply and aged stock. Collaborate with PM on action plan to mitigate risk, manage excess, constraints, and low turn Negotiate exceptional returns to address excess and other terms as required Manage dropship billing for timely and accurate revenue recognition Ensure adherence to vendor T’s and C’s to mitigate risk to TD SYNNEX Minimize price protection exposure of on-hand inventories. Resolve PO dispute and shipment discrepancies with no financial impact to the company. Recommend and implement improvements resulting from vendor scorecard review Prepare for SIOP review Escalation for internal and external customers UAT testing for system enhancements and new hire training
