Together, we’re shaping the future of automotive and industrial solutions.    The Procurement Analyst is responsible for supporting various aspects of our Procurement functions. This role will support Procurement Specialists and Managers in data generation and analytics; complex reporting; manage vendor/contract master data; support project work with new product or product changes; and work closely with vendors in a support capacity to manager or as owning certain spend categories and monitoring demand plan to ensure proper stock levels. As a result, this role will interface regularly with significant vendors. In the role, you would be responsible for:

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Procurement/Purchasing experience is strongly preferred
  • Very proficient SAP and SAP SNAP reporting, Word, Excel and Power Point skills
  • Ability to multi-task, manage complex projects and data and operate very efficiently
  • Excellent relationship skills and ability to be a great teammate
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Driven to succeed
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Change management project support
  • Artwork process ownership
  • Monitoring inventories, demand plan and on-time and complete deliveries from vendors
  • Owning/managing vendor/contract master data (in support or in ownership)
  • Vendor/Category ownership with mid-size vendors (relationship owner, contract negotiation, strategic planning)
  • Answering shared email boxes for questions, challenges, or supply issues
  • Other mid-level support functions (contract lifecycle mgmt, develop category presentations, etc.)
  • Data generation, analytics, reporting
