The Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) Supply Chain organization is seeking a Procurement Agent (Experienced or Senior) to join our team located in Berkeley, MO. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Procurement Agents.

Requirements

Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
1+ years of experience with Procurement and Supply Chain as a Procurement Agent
1+ years of experience within a supply chain role managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
1+ years of experience negotiating directly with suppliers
5+ years of experience with MS Excel and manipulating data tables and formulas

Nice To Haves

9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance
Lead negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions
Prepare and execute negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions
Consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues
Lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities
Participate on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies
