About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent in Everett or Renton, Washington to join a collaborative, mission-driven team building the seat systems that help move people around the world. The Seat Integration Supply Chain Operations team works closely with engineering, airline customers, and supplier partners to develop, certify, and deliver world-class commercial airplane seating. This entry-level procurement role provides hands-on supplier-facing responsibility, exposure to program delivery, and opportunities for development within Boeing’s global Supply Chain organization. Requirements

  • Experience developing strategy or supply plans.
  • Experience in aerospace, aviation, or high-volume manufacturing.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and performance metrics.
  • Basic understanding of procurement and supplier management principles.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare concise reports and executive summaries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Candidates must meet the stated education/experience requirements on day one.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply to support program needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners (engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics) to drive supplier readiness and on-time delivery.
  • Gather and analyze data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
  • Support supplier performance activities under supervision.
  • Execute transactions and documentation consistent with established procedures and policies.
  • Escalate technical or schedule risks to senior procurement staff.
  • Work within delegated authorities and seek guidance for non-routine or higher-risk decisions.
