About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Procurement Agent - Contracts (Level 3) to join the Boeing Aggregated Standards Network (BASN) Aggregation team within the Aircraft Materials & Structures (AM&S) Supply Chain organization in Everett, WA. This role involves overseeing and managing supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance. The agent will lead the negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions, prepare and execute negotiation strategies to create contractual documents and binding agreements, and interpret and enforce contract terms. Additionally, the role requires consulting with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues, leading supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities, and participating in supply chain process improvement teams to identify opportunities for integration into supplier contract strategies. The goal is to ensure the supply chain organization is efficient, effective, and aligned with overall organizational goals.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Supplier Management or Supply Chain Management.
3+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
3+ years developing and managing supplier relationships.
3+ years of experience conducting data analysis in Excel, creating executive briefings in PowerPoint and delivering Presentations to Executive leadership teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Domestic and international travel as needed.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Acts as the sole custodian of the BASN contracts working independently.
Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements for the BASN Program.
Leads the enforcement of contractual terms.
Consults/advises others on terms of the BASN contract.
Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.
Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.
Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.
Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.
Participates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.
