About The Position

The Boeing Company's Global Services (BGS) Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul team is seeking an Entry Level Procurement Agent to join the Supplier Management team in Seattle, WA. This role is crucial for managing repair lifecycles, supplier relationships, and overseeing all aspects of supplier performance, combining strategic thinking with practical execution.

Requirements

Experience in a supply chain related role.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data.
Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, or related fields.
2+ years of experience analyzing data.
Strong communication skills and customer focus.
Experience negotiating pricing and contract terms and conditions.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in the continuous review of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery, and financial performance.
Issue purchase orders to suppliers for parts and services following Boeing procurement processes.
Gather data and contribute to supplier performance evaluation and improvement plans, including risk and issues assessments.
Support pricing and lead-time negotiations for maintenance, repair, and overhaul services.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance process efficiencies and meet customer requirements.
