About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Agent (Associate) to support our team in Hazelwood, MO. This role provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance. It involves leading the negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions, preparing and executing negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements, and interpreting and enforcing contract terms and conditions. The agent will consult with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues and lead supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities. Additionally, the role includes participating on supply chain process improvement teams and identifying improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies, as well as reviewing and comprehending supplier statements of work.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and/or strategic sourcing practices and processes
2+ Experience project management experience with multiple stake holders
2+ Experience drafting contracts or legal documents
2+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience presenting for executive leadership awareness and approval
Experience in Contract Management
Familiarity with FAR and DFAR type contracting
MRO and/or Service Experience

Responsibilities
