About The Position

In close partnership with the functional/business leaders and GIS partners, the Procure to Pay (Procure to Pay) Global Process Leader for PR/PO/GR supports development and execution of the Procure to Pay process roadmap and governance model in partnership with the Global Process Owner for effective and efficient end-to-end order execution. The GPL provides recommendations regarding process design, policy enhancements, and service delivery improvements for review and approval by the Global Process Owner and ensures all practices and processes support not only the business requirements, but also our financial obligations and controls.

Requirements

BA/BS is required.
7-10 years of progressively responsible supply chain, finance, or accounting experience with leadership components.
Global business experience preferred
Required 5-7 years of SAP experience. S4 Hana preferred.
Experience leading multiple Procure to Pay functional areas with the proven ability to connect the functions within Procure to Pay space
Strong functional knowledge of procurement and spend management platforms or Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions. Coupa preferred.

Responsibilities

Govern the overall end to end process work streams – ensuring the processes are standardized globally and change is managed following a structured governance model
Develop and maintain SOPs- Standard Operating Procedures. Partner with execution team members to ensure that SOPs are crafted in a way that is easy to understand and followed by third parties. Support the agile, efficient ways of working.
Partner with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to drive standardization, scalability, and elimination, outsourcing or automation of processes
Implement change management carefully following a structured governance model
Enhance user experience – Generate creative solutions that utilize a base standard process to recommend process solutions for business stakeholders and vendors
Identify success metrics and continuously monitor process health
Lead prioritized process improvement projects within assigned Procure to Pay workstreams.
Stay current on emerging trends in respective Procure to Pay space and benchmark against current state internally
Provide oversite to ensure end users receive proper training to be successful
Serves as subject matter expert for assigned Procure to Pay processes
Identify technology opportunities and partner with Procure to Pay Global Process Owner and Procure to Pay Technical SME to ensure processes support the overall OC digital strategies
Drives global deployment and inspires adoption of a standard Procure to Pay process with regional and local requirements customized only when necessary
Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the OC functions and businesses for purposes of driving change and ensuring compliance
Provides regular communication and updates to stakeholders
Understand the stakeholder’s requirements to continue to drive value through service offerings and performance
Evaluate opportunities, develop business cases, and recommend improvements to stakeholders and the Global Process Owner.
