Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Responsibilities

  • Provide research and analytical support to the Reporting & Analytics team to identify trends, highlight areas for improvement, and help present insights to leadership.
  • Create and enhance meaningful dashboards and reports that provide context, clarity, and actionable insights into Procure-to-Pay performance.
  • Partner with the Procure-to-Pay Help Desk to analyze high-volume ticket categories and propose innovative solutions to reduce ticket volume and improve the user experience.
  • Support Global Disbursement, Operations, Center of Excellence, and Help Desk teams as needed to gain a strong understanding of how each function operates within the end‑to‑end P2P process.
  • Develop presentations and collaborate with the Communications team, as needed, to align stakeholders on key updates, upcoming initiatives, and business goals and objectives.
  • Assist with project management efforts, including prioritization, coordination, and alignment with IT and internal business teams.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
