Many Hands Thrift is looking for a dynamic and engaging Processor to join our new mission-driven team at Jordan Creek! This isn't just sorting—it's treasure hunting, pricing, and merchandising all rolled into one. You’ll be the first to see the generous donations that come through our doors, playing a critical role in transforming them into resources that directly support those in need through the ministry of Many Hands.

Requirements

• Highly Social and Persuasive: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Meticulously Organized: Strong attention to detail.
• Patient and Methodical: Appreciates an orderly, systematic work environment with routine tasks.
• A Style Guru: Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing, organized displays.
• Mission-Focused: Ready to positively represent the ministry of Many Hands, including its mission, vision, and core values.
• Ability to accurately determine the value of donated items.
• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive items from donors.
• Sort, evaluate, and assign fair prices to items.
• Organize and create attractive, eye-catching displays.
• Evaluate items based on condition, ensuring quality goods.
• Assist with cashiering as needed, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a systematic workflow.
