Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- Ability to accurately determine the value of donated items.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Highly Social and Persuasive: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Meticulously Organized: Strong attention to detail.
- Patient and Methodical: Appreciates an orderly, systematic work environment with routine tasks.
- A Style Guru: Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing, organized displays.
- Mission-Focused: Ready to positively represent the ministry of Many Hands, including its mission, vision, and core values.
Responsibilities
- Receive items from donors.
- Sort, evaluate, and assign prices to items.
- Organize and create attractive displays.
- Evaluate items based on condition.
- Assist with cashiering as needed.
