About The Position
This role is responsible for managing loan files from application to closing, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policy and investor guidelines. The Processor will input loan information into the company operating system, request, review, and verify necessary loan documents, and prepare files for underwriting. Pipeline management, including meeting deadlines and coordinating loan services, is a key aspect of this position. The ability to manage short closings and a fast-moving pipeline is essential. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities
- Gather information and take each file from application to closing
- Input proper loan information into the company operating system
- Ensure that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and compiles with company policy and investor guidelines
- Request, review and verify loan documents including income, credit, appraisal, and title insurance
- Prepare loan file for submittal to underwriting
- Review file documentation to make sure all items needed are requested
- Order and coordinate loan services
- Pipeline management – Meet crucial deadlines, keep closing dates up to date, proactively ordering services, etc.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management
- Ability to manage short closings/fast moving pipeline
