About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Processor. The role involves advising borrowers on their financial status and payment methods, guiding them through the loan application process, and filing loan applications with supporting documents. The Processor will also develop referral networks to find loan prospects and handle customer complaints to ensure resolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in mortgage required
- Encompass LOS experience required
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
