About The Job As a Processing Technician for Sanofi Consumer Healthcare, your job will be to manufacture bulk blend products, ensuring efficient set-up, operation, tear-down, and cleaning of equipment. Your knowledge of cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) will help drive seamless production in our processing area. • Operate and maintain production lines, ensuring safety, quality and output. • Troubleshoot and propose smarter, simpler ways to keep things running. • Get training and early ownership to build your skills and confidence. • See how your work supports our sustainability goals and helps protect people and the planet. • Work as part of a team that’s radically simple, supportive and outcome-focused. This is a 2nd Shift position. Monday - Thursday - Hours: 2:00pm - 12:30am

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, including operating high-speed packaging or assembly equipment, start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
  • Proficient in operating various packaging machinery and tools, including electric and manual lift trucks, tape machines, and equipment like fillers, cappers, labelers, and bundlers.
  • Capable of lifting 25-60 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and demonstrating exceptional coordination, manual dexterity, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Required to comply with dress code regulations, be willing to undergo necessary training, and work in conditions with exposure to product, dust, grease, and packing machinery hazards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality and quantity of raw materials are accurately measured to produce finished bulk products according to specific formulations and procedures.
  • Learn to operate various equipment, including mills, grinders, conveyors, mixers, and tableting presses, to create tablets, ointments, creams, liquids, and powders.
  • Monitor the manufacturing process and implement control factors to keep production within acceptable limits.
  • Maintain detailed production records, follow step-by-step procedures, and complete production orders efficiently.
  • Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Ensure a safe work environment, report any hazards, and continuously develop your skills to comply with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements.
