Purpose Brands 414 (PB414) is an umbrella organization for several redemptive, marketplace-driven initiatives including Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique, Bold Lives Men’s Thrift (launching in 2026), and Thrift Out. PB414 amplifies collective impact, purpose, and provision by cultivating a redemptive ecosystem where spiritual formation and business innovation come together to restore what’s broken and steward communities well. Beautiful Lives Thrift Boutique is an upscale shopping environment at a thrift price point, serving women of all backgrounds with dignity and hope. Bold Lives Men's Thrift will provide a high-end shopping experience without the high-end price tag, giving men the confidence to look sharp and live boldly. Thrift Out exists to extend the stewardship cycle of garments while offering a clean, organized, deeply discounted shopping experience, allowing every person to leave with more dignity, more hope, and more for their family.

Requirements

• Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the processing of donations: sorting, steaming, pricing, tagging, curating weekly collections for the store and events, and preparing items for the sales floor.
• Uphold the Pricing Guideline to support store goals.
• Welcome and assist donors at the back door.
• Assist in directing volunteers in the processing room, ensuring they feel valued and equipped for their tasks.
• Maintain processing room cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies.
• Occasionally assist on the sales floor as needed, always maintaining a spirit of teamwork and support.
