About The Position
The Processing Team Member, also referred to as a Stacker, is responsible for sorting donated items, identifying valuable finds, and preparing them for the sales floor. A key aspect of the role involves identifying recyclable items to keep them out of landfills, aligning with the company's mission to positively impact the environment and reduce waste. The team works collaboratively to process donations, emphasizing customer service and community impact. - At least 18 and ready to join our processing team
Responsibilities
- Sort donated items and identify great finds
- Help identify recyclable items. Even if we can't sell it, we keep it out of the landfill
- Get those great finds sales floor ready
- Load and unload carts to get merchandise out safely and efficiently
