About The Position

This warm and engaging team member will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, with a special focus on mixing and blending our syrup products. With a growing business, our manufacturing team members work in a team environment producing our flavorful products for customers worldwide! Activities such as assembling raw materials, dispensing and weighing ingredients to a recipe, mixing and blending, inventory control, and conducting quality checks will be part of daily work. Assembling raw materials
Dispensing and weighing ingredients to a recipe
Mixing and blending
Inventory control
Conducting quality checks
Maintaining a consistent flow of syrup to the lines
Proactive collaboration with scheduling and planning partners
Adjusting requirements to "delight" customers and keep production lines rolling
Ensuring no "out of stocks" for WIP syrup within control
Communicating timely information to make the manufacturing team run smoothly
Carefully following detailed and time-tested flavor recipes
Maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment aiming for zero safety incidents
Operating industrial machinery and equipment safely
