About The Position

As a Processing Support Associate II, you’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role ensuring smooth operations for our customers and business partners. You’ll investigate and process requests, support system testing, and help identify opportunities for improvement—all while growing your skills in a collaborative, supportive environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, and making a meaningful contribution as part of a team. You’ll work under general supervision with clear procedures in place, while also building confidence in making independent decisions on day-to-day tasks.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (preferred, but we’re open to motivated learners)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working with systems, applications, and documented processes
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to use independent judgment when needed

Responsibilities

  • Respond to written and verbal inquiries from internal teams and external partners with professionalism and care
  • Investigate and resolve requests or issues of basic complexity in a timely manner
  • Support system and application testing based on business needs
  • Identify, document, and report system or policy-related issues
  • Track and report daily work status to support team goals and operational efficiency
  • Partner with management and subject matter experts on routine initiatives and process improvements
