About The Position

OPENLANE is seeking a Title Processing Supervisor with experience in title processing and supervision of teams. This role involves leading a dedicated title team responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring accurate and timely title processing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle title processing and 1+ year(s) of leadership experience. This position reports to a Director of Titles Operations and will collaborate with other Title department Supervisors and Processing team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in vehicle title processing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a title department or leading a team.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving ability and the capacity to identify successful outcomes.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues, and escalate as necessary.
  • Data-driven mindset, actively seeking opportunities to improve department processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional experience in automotive-related customer service roles.
  • Experience utilizing Google Suite and Slack.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for processing vehicle titles from various states, ensuring accuracy and marketability.
  • Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, holding team members accountable for meeting department goals and expectations.
  • Create and implement streamlined processes and procedures to enhance team accuracy and efficiency.
