About The Position

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is a rapidly growing firm in the insurance industry, seeking dedicated individuals who align with their core values of Owner mindset, Inspire trust, Think big, and Drive results. The Treloar & Heisel division, specializing in serving dental and medical professionals, is looking for a Processing Specialist to help clients secure their financial future. This on-site role is located in New Castle, PA.

Requirements

High School Diploma required
Superior attention to detail
Ability to multitask and balance demanding workload in a fast-paced environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word
Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs

Responsibilities

Enter prospective client information into database
Enter insurance applications into appropriate software systems
Create and send email communication to clients
Order and track scheduling of medical requirements
Order and track fulfillment of medical records orders
Follow up with clients and advisors for outstanding items
Finalize insurance policies in the database and forward documentation to insurance companies
Provide back-up phone support to Receptionist
