Davies is looking for an experienced Processing Specialist to join our growing team! The Processing Specialist role is a full-time, in-office position requiring proficiency in computer systems, accurate data entry, document scanning, and strong communication skills. Essential qualifications include typing speed of at least 45 wpm, 10-key proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. These requirements demonstrate that the role demands technical competency and cognitive discernment beyond basic clerical tasks. This role is a full-time, in-office position in the company’s Orlando/Maitland, Florida office.

Requirements

  • Typing speed of at least 45 wpm; 10-key by touch
  • Good computer skills and general office experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills conducted in a timely manner with diverse audiences
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Good team player with interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Accurately entering data from provider bills in a computer system
  • Opening and scanning of incoming mail documents to folders in the system
  • Attaching scanned PDF documents to the claim system determining appropriate claim, attachment type and subject text per specific protocol
  • Handle inbound phone calls from clients to capture and input claim information into company databases.
  • Handling outgoing mail process via mail machine
  • Perform other duties as assigned
